TERMS & CONDITIONS
Captain’s Shine – Mobile Car Detailing
By booking a service with Captain’s Shine, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Description
Captain’s Shine provides mobile car detailing services at the customer’s chosen location. Services are performed using the equipment, products, and methods deemed appropriate by Captain’s Shine.

2. Booking & Access
Clients must ensure:
Safe and legal access to the vehicle
Sufficient space to work around the vehicle
Access to water and/or electricity if required (unless otherwise agreed)
Delays or inability to access the vehicle may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
Captain’s Shine reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Vehicle Condition
Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint defects, interior wear) is not the responsibility of Captain’s Shine
Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive sand, pet hair, mould, biohazards) may incur additional charges or refusal of service

5. Damage & Liability
Captain’s Shine takes great care during all services. However:
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or faulty parts
We are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle
Clients are advised to remove valuables before service

6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
Prices may vary based on vehicle size and condition
Captain’s Shine reserves the right to update pricing at any time

7. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, concerns must be raised immediately upon completion so we can address them on-site where possible.
